发工单不同意迁移，迁移后会换IP，可能就不能解锁新加坡了，换成不能解锁或解锁US的。。。。。但不同意迁移的用户要多才行，不然可能还是会被强制迁移

DC1，DC2机子都有，DC1的延迟要好不少，非繁忙时段直连也比较稳定。换到DC2到期就不续费了。
