背景：  经常剑皇ios乱发的广告       有个链接，ping出来是阿里云ip的，我拿去剑皇      

BuyVM下行  3 Gbps 左右。。   

甲骨文也是   能跑到4Gbps  

试一下立马停了，等下祸害到邻居

就是不知道怎么做到的，甲骨文可能带宽就是这么高？  但是BuyVM一直都是1gbps的
